2 BATHROOM bathroom isn't inside the room but it's very close and it is only for you, we have another on the other side of the flat.

3 KITCHEN It is small but carefull. If you choose the weekly rate you can use it for every meal. If you choose the daily rate we provide here food for breakfast selfcatering.  It is a second kitchen, we have another on the other side of the apartment. Only we cross the kitchen to reach our work-room.

4 OUR WORK-ROOM In this room we have our pc and we spend some time every day. We normally use it in the afternoon, but sometimes in the night too.

5 WIDE TERRACE This is the common area between the two parts of the flat. Here you can have your meals in the good season.

6 ENTRANCE After 32 steps you reach the first floor. The red arrow shows your entrance door. Guests have their own key.

7 SMALL BALCONY It looks on a main road but the window has double glasses to prevent noise.

8 On the other side of the terrace there are our private rooms.
